Sa njim smo razgovarali o tome koliko je fizi\u010dka aktivnost bitna za zdravlje svake osobe, a naro\u010dito najmla\u0111e populacije.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RB\/BI: Kada govorimo o zdravlju djece koja rastu, koliko im je potrebno kretanje? Koliko je va\u017eno za djecu i generalno, za sve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mihailovi\u0107:<\/strong>\u00a0Izuzetno je va\u017eno. \u010cesto \u010dujemo da je pokret lijek, stvarno je tako. U ovo doba kada se malo kre\u0107emo, u tim motori\u010dki senzitivnim periodima za djecu, izuzetno je va\u017eno da ona budu fizi\u010dki aktivna. To bi na\u0161e dru\u0161tvo trebalo da uvidi i da vje\u017ebanje i kretanje koristi kao preventivu za sutra, za jedno zdravo dru\u0161tvo uop\u0161teno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RB\/BI: Sa druge strane, djeca su dosta vezana za ekrane. Kako motivi\u0161ete svoje u\u010denike da vje\u017ebaju?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mihailovi\u0107:\u00a0<\/strong>Jednostavno, to je dana\u0161njica. Ne mo\u017eemo sad zanemariti ekrane, ni na\u010din \u017eivota. Djeca generalno rade ono \u0161to vide ku\u0107i, a dosta smo i mi stariji vezani za ekrane, ni na\u0161e kretanje nije<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>nekom velikom nivou, da ne govorim o treningu kao takvom, pri\u010damo samo o nekom kretanju. Djecu treba motivisati, mi poku\u0161amo da ih motivi\u0161emo i razgovorom, samom prakti\u010dnom nastavom u slu\u010daju fizi\u010dkog vaspitanja. Moram re\u0107i da je fizi\u010dko za starije razrede na rasporedu samo dva puta nedjeljno.
